As you might expect, because it does have some unique constituents, it can do some things the others cannot but, by the same token, lacking all the substances that are in the other choices, for the most part, it will not have the same overall degree of benefit of the other two products from the larger array of ingredients they contain. So you are comparing apples and oranges here and if we were forced to recommend a single choice, would vote for the Texas Superfood as offering the greatest benefit to the widest number of individuals, all other things being equal.
