You mentioned that genetic predispositions for things like heart problems in dogs can be healed by the Protocol because it includes genetic distortion. Is that a clue that the genetic weaknesses in dogs are engineered by the Extraterrestrial Alliance as a way to punish humans?

This, in fact, was a divine clue and you heard this intuitively and responded perfectly. If you think about how they have manipulated the animal kingdom to cause trouble for humanity by seeding the planet with pests that also harbor and transmit fatal disease, why would they not want to manipulate and interfere with something that gives human comfort, joy, and healing benefit as well? This very much adds to their mischief, to interfere with something so wonderful by creating discord and making the animal less effective to be that source of comfort, and turn it into a negative experience by causing serious health compromise and an early death. So this they have sought to do with various animal breeds, and this has added greatly to the health problems. And this is also why it is true of the inbred animals because the genetics are maintained and the lineage from those animals compromised by manipulation will be preserved and carried forward. With large amounts of crossbreeding, it dilutes the mutations and diminishes their effectiveness as they are not necessarily dominant genes with a high penetrance. And so doing this among inbred strains will have the greatest impact because the defect will persist and will be a thorn in the side of the human owners.
