The Reptilian civilization is approximately 1,000,000,000 years old. The Arcturian civilization is approximately 500,000,000 years old, and the Greys are almost that old in their lineage. They were a product of artificial intelligence fairly quickly, and of course have been refined through the ages many, many, times to achieve the high level of functioning they enjoy today.
