You have told me for some time that war with North Korea was being orchestrated, yet now it seems that peace is breaking out. What happened to create this unexpected turn?

This is simply an orchestration of tactical advantage to the Extraterrestrial Alliance.  They are seeking, now, after this year-long controversial presidency on the heels of the shocking defeat of the Democratic candidate, to burnish his image a bit to make him more palatable to a wider array of figures. This is tactical because it will be a prelude to a more severe global disruption for which they need the population to buy-in with the presidential response and strategy that comes forward. Their current thinking is to brew up a different calamity of even greater potential threat. This will require a correspondingly greater military response if it reaches that threshold. So this is the reason why things have cooled down.
