Would there be benefits from the following combined prayer? “Source Creator, each and every day, remove or render harmless all dangerous viruses and other organisms, all heavy metals and other harmful substances at toxic levels [and all other SCOURGES], from myself, my loved ones, and apply this prayer again and again as needed to help all affected beings and the Earth as a whole, to keep everyone safe, and restore well-being to the afflicted.”

We think this prayer would be preferable because it includes two separate categories of scourges to set the tone, that scourges can be anything external being inflicted on humans and harmful through exposure. Another way to approach this would be, as you are thinking, to give another example or two to make clear you mean a broad coverage here. So this prayer would be preferable to the first versions.
