This is, indeed, another way of achieving some extra specificity and guaranteeing that what some would consider important categories, such as dangerous energies and hazards, would be included and made explicit. While this is not strictly necessary, it will help add to the awareness of practitioners and those adopting the prayer for their own use so they have a clear understanding of what all is possible, so they will hold the largest possible intention while stating the prayer, and this is what the divine realm needs to put the prayer into action.
