This is not the case. The power of the Lightworker Healing Protocol lies in the invoking of a response from the divine realm to step in as healers to see to all that may be needed in multiple ways at multiple levels of the being, and that will not be dependent on the particular environment experienced by the practitioner, other than having a suitable environment to carry out the exercise with respect to personal safety and comfort, will be a necessary element simply to prevent distraction and loss of focus. It is asking a lot of a practitioner to do careful, focused work with appropriate power of intention while under duress, hanging by a thread in a capsized vessel in a storm‑tossed sea about to be engulfed as the vessel capsizes. So this is simply stating that there is a basis in reality for wondering about the launching pad in terms of the environment of the practitioner making healing requests. But this is a mixing of apples and oranges, making an assumption that the divine realm will somehow depend on its effectiveness through the nature of energies that may differ with respect to the location of the practitioner as a backdrop.
There can be a potentiation of human-summoned and directed energy through resonance with the energetics of a location and this is what human healers, working through their own energies, will seek to capitalize on to increase their personal effectiveness. That is the basis of the perception underlying this question, but is not a factor in the summoning of divine healing which will be independent of the human’s experience, except for those things that could be a distraction if there is fear or doubt, or lack of focus by the practitioner in conducting the session, but the environmental energies will not be a factor in the degree of success achieved by the work.
