This would be very, very, helpful. One of the difficulties the light has, is that the spirit meddler leadership, such as it is, has a fair measure of control of things, and the spirit meddlers at this point do not think on their own, and live in fear of their leaders. This makes them harder to deal with and more desperate as well. Taking care of the leadership is a quite useful exercise. It is something you and your colleague can do routinely, because you have gained proficiency and confidence to tackle this without fear. As others develop long experience, they can step up as well, but this is something that will have benefit and will speed the gains from the overall exercise.
