Will there be short-term food shortages following the power outages planned by the interlopers, because of supply and delivery disruptions?

This will all depend on the state of preparedness of the vendors supplying goods that are essential. They do have emergency procedures. But if they cannot be resupplied, all bets are off and that is the wildcard here in how quickly things return to normal and to what extent deliveries are simply delayed but then brought about quickly, versus getting canceled, perhaps because of spoilage, and so on. So there will be some things that can be restored quickly and others that will take more time. These outages, being relatively short-term, should not pose a serious issue leading to anyone starving. It will be just a part of the aggravation and inconvenience and thus, a source of suffering and a spur to increase fear of the future, which is the major goal of the interlopers.
