It is possible that the durations will be longer because they are ramping up the intensity of the outage by targeting multiple points of intervention now, within a grid, and that will likely cause confusion and difficulty in sorting out the origins and where to concentrate repair efforts. And this will delay getting a particular grid back online, depending on how the intervention influences things. It is still not intended to be devastating or lethal, but that is a relative designation. It will feel that way to the humans subjected to the discomfort. So we see the average duration likely to be more like 4 to 6 days.
