Why does my client still have the skin lesions on her face? Can that be healed? What more can we do to help?

This is the consequence of deep karmic issues for which there is ongoing repair in progress, but you are simply not there yet in seeing a sufficient unraveling of all the predisposing factors to shift the symptoms. In a sense, it is a balance between the intensity of the healing requests and the desire for improvement competing against a strong karmic predisposing factor to have this state of affairs as a karmic lesson. Although it would certainly be a blessing for this to disappear entirely, the key benefit you are achieving so far is a high degree of certainty this will not occur again in the next life or lives thereafter. That is often the first accomplishment of a healing effort in dialing back the karmic potentials to reverse a health liability. We understand that she would very much like to see these lesions disappear and we understand completely, but more time will be needed here. You can do an additional session on her behalf if you choose, and that would add extra energy of intention to support the ongoing healing effort.
