Why are there still spirits making their presence known in the household of our client [name withheld]? Was there anything wrong with our session to clear her and her location? Could this be a poltergeist situation?

As you saw intuitively, the latter is the case here. So the sequence of events was that huge drama was being created in their living environment that was being generated via her consciousness on a deep level. Your Protocol session launched healing for her, but this is a deep inner healing need that cannot be addressed with a single healing session because it is self-generated and desired by the person involved. And so the divine realm cannot simply come in and override what the person wants to have happen, even if it is a subconscious impulse and desire. Human will is paramount and always must be honored unless it impinges on others, and then there will be a reckoning of relative merit, consequence, and the power of the intentions at both ends of the contest, and other factors as well in terms of their karmic histories. So in this instance, the healing was offered but was not fully able to change the nature of this woman who is the origin and cause of these phenomena through her own consciousness. So when you asked about the continuation of the things happening and the sensations, what we told you in your channeling session in speaking with us was correct, that it is indeed a consequence of prior spirit manipulation of her and is a residue and manifestation of misguided training, to cause her to experience these phenomena. And so it is, in the broad category of this description, akin to the many clients you have seen with this dilemma, where there are strange events and thoughts and feelings produced through hallucination to torment the victim, and is being done at the behest of spirit attachments to create a mechanism for the host to torment the self. And then the spirits can focus solely on draining the energy created by the emotional turmoil and do not have to expend energy tormenting the host directly themselves. And this becomes then, a legacy of their presence, so that even when removed, the person will likely continue to torment themselves as they have been programmed to do so. In this case, the woman's consciousness is projecting the signs and symptoms of spirit activity into her environment, which accomplishes the same thing except allows it to be shared with an audience, so other people exposed to the environment around her will marvel at how she can withstand being in this creepy place where so many strange things are happening that could only be done by some kind of spirit force wishing to signal or to frighten. And, of course, both are on display and the emotional reactions are perfectly warranted under the circumstances. This is assumed to be an outside influence but is not. She does need deep healing work to redirect this, and as you have seen with other spirit residues left as imprints and programming, the most efficient recourse is to do a Soul Reset request.
