Who or what agency was behind the recent sabotage of a power station in Venezuela, causing energy shortages in an already troubled country where people are struggling to survive extreme poverty and social unrest? Was the Mercenary Army Program involved in causing the explosion there?

This indeed is a guerilla campaign of government, but not the government of Venezuela nor the would-be opposition leaders. This was indeed a savage, heartless, and cruel action of the CIA using the Mercenary Army Program to carry it out—so this was a keen insight about who was truly taking this action. It is a perfect example of the value of the black programs and their utilization, to do the dirty work of the politicians and the hidden cabal so it cannot be traced back to the agencies of government, through carefully constructed layers of secrecy that keep the actual perpetrators heavily insulated from discovery. Those in charge of the agency will not know of the reasoning and the link, so the intelligence agencies will look into what happens and may well mis-assign blame because there will be cover stories created through mind control manipulation to point fingers in more than one direction and this will keep interested parties, including the journalism community, chasing around in circles following leads that are suggestive but in the end cannot be proven. So there will be culprits identified but this will be simply a smokescreen to sow confusion and doubt to obscure the true causes and this is business as usual for the interlopers.
