Who is ultimately directing Satanic Ritual Abuse, who ultimately benefits from it, and how? Is it directed by the fallen angelics for the purpose of extracting life force energy, “loosh?” Are they in turn directing the Extraterrestrial Alliance to carry it out on their behalf?

All acts of human depravity stem from corruption by the spirit meddlers. This includes manipulations done by the Extraterrestrial Alliance because they as well are corrupted by spirit meddler attachments and been heavily manipulated to worsen their thinking, lower their standards, and result in their almost and complete disconnection from the divine at this point in time. So their actions and their perspectives and their outlooks are quite similar with regard to their selfishness and complete absence of love, compassion, morality, or any vestige of having a conscience. They are functioning sociopaths across the board, both the dark spirits and the Anunnaki. The satanic cults serve multiple purposes. They are a major means of corrupting the powerful who are lured into compromising positions as members of such groups with promises of sexual pleasure and become conditioned over time to enjoy a blending of sadistic practices and sexual gratification. When there is participation in such ceremonies where people are tortured or killed, being present even as a witness will compromise them, and this has potential value to the Extraterrestrial Alliance as well because being in compromising positions makes people vulnerable to blackmail. So anyone in a position of power or authority who can be induced to become involved in such an organization will be severely risking their reputation and career through such a dark association. This is quite handy because it allows them to manipulate many powerful people and keep them in line, doing anything they demand because the people will not be willing to risk everything they have through exposure of their dark flirtation with evil.
