We would say the latter ranking would be best, keeping in mind some people will only add things until their budget is exhausted. Using things with frank antiviral potency need to be a high priority given their primary cause of many of the illnesses present in human beings. So widening the assortment of nutraceuticals that would help with the abnormal consequences of the viruses is all well and good but a secondary consideration. Yet this still deserves to be part of the foundational support because not all deadly diseases are viral. So to have as many supporting biochemical ingredients from nature that support the body and counter consequences of metabolic dysregulation will help the other 15% of nonviral disorders in many cases.
