Where is the thought plane where the negative thought forms reside that we remove with our Protocol?

This is in the plane of consciousness. The energy of consciousness is not created by the brain, as you know. It comes from the extension of the soul into the physical plane and it is part of the life force energy that enters the body from above. It is in proximity to the physical body so it can work quite closely and be an integral part functionally, although it is not a physical presence but an energetic one. There is an extra layer that represents the creations of consciousness emanating from that individual’s thoughts that is primarily local, in the sense of being in close proximity and of greatest influence locally on the person themselves. It does extend outward to the akashic records and will impinge on others, especially those who are corded to the individual, and that creates many consequences.
