When present in tissues at toxic levels, are aluminum and copper from environmental sources only or are these instilled deliberately by the extraterrestrials in addition to mercury? Is mercury alone instilled into the brain by the extraterrestrials to disrupt function or are other toxic substances included?

Aluminum and copper when present are from environmental sources either natural or human‑created. It is mercury that is used deliberately by extraterrestrials so that it will accumulate in neurologic tissue and cause disruption of brain function and of the intuitive capability. The extraterrestrials rely on mercury alone because it is highly effective in accomplishing what they want to see happen, so it is convenient, it is readily available, and it is also present in the Earth environment and will not be seen as a foreign or alien substance whose discovery in the tissues of a human being would automatically raise a red flag that something bizarre and sinister is happening. That is the beauty of their scheme, that this will be seen simply as a consequence of pollution and simply bad luck on the part of those having too large an exposure internally.
