DWQA QuestionsCategory: PrayerWhen my client prayed to have the nutritional value of her food sent to help her niece, who was diagnosed with failure to thrive, did it actually help by the divine realm transferring the actual nutritional content of the food the Aunt was eating, or did this idea simply serve to support the Aunt’s belief and add a powerful intention to help behind the prayers she launched, so the divine realm could work on the young baby’s body in a more elegant fashion? Through what mechanism was help actually delivered?

This you are seeing intuitively as more a metaphorical representation of the Aunt’s desire than a literal exchange to work this miracle. It served the Aunt exactly as you expected it would. With proposing the idea that the child be helped in this way, that the child be helped to overcome her metabolic liability she suffered from birth in a way that could use a prayer request as the origin of the rescue, and by giving this a plausible mechanism for it to happen that would even involve personal sacrifice, loaded the prayer with an extremely high level of intention to give it wings, so to speak, and, as you know, this can greatly empower the divine realm to act in a more profound way. Prayers that are half-hearted, that are weak in intention, and often in situations poorly understood as to what is truly needed, often are ineffective. You are correct in assuming this was not a literal transfer of calories between the parties nor molecular constituents of various types of food constituents, such as protein, fatty acid, carbohydrate, etc. This was the conveying of a request, an idea from the Aunt, birthed from her intense love of the niece in a way that she could conceive of to do the improbable, to work a miracle that science said was impossible, this being a presumed metabolic defect that was untreatable, so something miraculous was truly called for here and the ingenuity of the Aunt created a perfect prayer request to serve the cause and this, in fact, is why it was answered successfully and the child lived on despite the fatal prognosis—life was supported through a direct imparting of energy and a slow reworking genetically to bring natural regulatory mechanisms back into balance so that the child’s system could normalize over a period of time, thus allowing her to begin to grow and make up for lost time. As you know, there have been other deficits as well here that have not yet resolved totally, but as we told you, those too are possible to be resolved entirely and is simply a function of doing more healing work on this subject.
