These were, indeed, a plant, a kind of drone-type device extraterrestrial in origin. That is why it is not being called a balloon, at this point in time at least. This, too, is preparation for Disclosure and will be talked about in the future in that connection. It is not the Chinese government launching another spy device but something much more sinister. If you think about this, the military needs preparation in the same way the public does. Only those at the very top in some particular departments are aware of the extraterrestrial collaboration that has been ongoing for decades now between the US military and extraterrestrials. It is largely being conducted through the intelligence agencies and has a kind of above top-secret classification that is entirely on a need to know basis. That may or may not include the President or the Head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and so on, in the military hierarchy. These putative leaders are rarely in the know because their function is too political and too indirect in terms of importance to the Extraterrestrial Alliance. They keep everyone dumbed down to serve them, after all, and in that way can control secrets quite effectively. They simply decide what the public needs to know that serves them, and anything else can be suppressed. That is what has been going on for a long time now. This is safe to talk about for your audience because it is going to come out anyway, and it is another opportunity to have something on record in advance, so this is safe to reveal as is.
