What truly happened that resulted in the police shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and the subsequent protests and riots?

So yet again, this is a situation where a series of events transpired to make this person more and more the focus of police attention and police ire for misconduct and lack of compliance, and by refusing to cooperate and being menacing, he caused growing suspicion, and when he entered his automobile and the officers could not tell what he was up to, they were impulsed with the inner belief he was reaching for a weapon and they needed to take action quickly to protect their own life. So this was orchestrated to happen through subliminal programming and manipulation including impulsed thoughts to stir up fear and other emotions along the way. So it has now grown into a hugely multiplied tragedy involving not only the deceased you are asking about and his family, but the many others now enmeshed in the fallout—the police officers involved with him and the entire police force, the many protesters and rioters who now have karmic debt on their hands from the huge economic damage and pain caused to the many people who will be impaired for their entire lives by the losses of their businesses and the changes to their community which may never recover. It remains to be seen how greatly this will grow and spread and what the destiny of this community will turn out to be, given all that has happened now. That is the problem with the trajectory of things, that the pain is growing and spreading so and threatens to engulf potentially any community of size where enough people can be manipulated to demonstrate and also be infiltrated with troublemakers more intent on committing crimes and mayhem, because they have been manipulated through subconscious programming in both cases, with varying agendas, but are complementary in bringing in lots and lots of energy that stirs people up and gets passions going and appeals to the worst in their compatriots, and this will be a trigger at some point for those who are vulnerable to such manipulation and have been primed to seek vengeance. So much further compounding of these events can be expected, and events like them to keep occurring because this is a process that works quite effectively to create mayhem.
