What role do underground bases play in sequestering human clones to be used as a final mopping-up force to eliminate survivors of the human annihilation?

Here is yet another benefit of having a large number of sizeable underground facilities worldwide. There is the need for a very large force of human clones to be used to search for stragglers, those who survive the mass attacks, the scourges, the calamities designed to kill many, many people, particularly in populated areas, urban centers, and the like. There will be those in isolated enclaves who are overlooked in the initial waves and so those surviving remnants of humanity need to be searched for and killed. That will be the duty of the human clone army being manufactured by the alien Greys using their own architecture as a template, but with an overlay of human genetically based cellular covering. So they appear to be humans and will have within, basic human capabilities and behavioral repertoire and can be trained and conditioned to follow orders for repetitive tasks, and will have enough inherent creativity to be hunters, for example, with a broad mandate to kill anything that moves. So it will be a straightforward operation to simply let loose hordes of these clones to scour the landscape, find, and destroy any holdout human beings. Once again, this allows the extraterrestrials to accomplish the deed of annihilation without taking any personal risks by being present out in the open themselves. It will all be conducted by human beings co-opted through mind control manipulation using minions of the Mercenary Army Program, also known as the Secret Space Program, to do the first wave of killings launched from spacecraft with the clone army bringing up the rear. Eventually, all humans participating in the program through manipulation will themselves be destroyed, so it will not save them personally from destruction to be an unwitting accomplice of the interlopers. They will not be spared and will incur a karmic penalty as well for, in effect, being a traitor to the human cause even though done unconsciously. That is the penalty for being in the war zone unawares and vulnerable. The test of humans is to see will they sense the presence of evil and take action in meaningful ways or allow it to fester and grow? The present dark plans of the Extraterrestrial Alliance are the culmination of millennia of evil in your midst, so things are coming to a head. It is not too late for humans to prevail, but action must start in earnest to stop what is building and planned to happen.
