What percent of young children are being altered to reverse their DNA upgrades by the Ibis or other extraterrestrial programs?

The intention is to reach 100% and this shows the hazard represented by the ongoing contest as they have done all through history with every new turn of events to have upliftment of humans culturally, technologically, spiritually, or genetically. They work to turn back the clock, so to speak, to undo the gains if at all possible. And this is why they have been losing ground, because of the relentless, although incremental, progress of humanity creating more and more difficulty for them to keep a powerful but hidden covert constraint on all human activity that empowers humans too greatly. This is just the latest in a long line of counter-posing forces brought to bear against human progress. They wish to do this with each new human birth. There is time, because so many years are required before humans are allowed to have any true control or influence on things, but of course their consciousness is present from the very beginning and will begin to contribute immediately to the human collective and will be entrained intuitively to line up with spiritual energy and can still be of help to humans and to all of Gaia. Even by an infant or a toddler being present there is some benefit to the whole. So this is why the goal is 100% at this point in time. They do not always leave implants in these victims, and that is because the numbers are much larger than they need to be tracking on an ongoing basis. That is reserved for those in the long-term program who are important to monitor through the course of their life, to observe them in many, many, situations to assess the consequences of earlier genetic manipulation as an experimental data gathering operation. The removal of the DNA upgrade addresses a DNA complement that is apparent to them on inspection, and they can simply remove that additional gift and make the person comparable to prior generations of humans, and then return them to the family with no one truly the wiser other than the victim, who may have some inner trauma in being aware of the manipulation on some level.
