What percent of bullying behavior, or becoming a repeat victim of bullying, is due primarily to direct mind control manipulation by the Extraterrestrial Alliance?

We would say a good 25% of people’s issues attributable to bullying comes directly at the hands of the Extraterrestrial Alliance through subliminal programming to victimize a wide percentage of the population in raising many internal conflicts and fears as well as ramping up hatreds and aggressive impulses. This creates new opportunities for bullying behavior and creation of more victims, depending on the nature of the influence and susceptibility of a particular person subjected to their programming messages. So this again is a huge source of negativity across society at multiple levels.
