What is the origin of my client’s having bad luck in terms of her career?

The string of bad luck she has had and the difficulty in seeing her career take off and prosper is indeed a karmic legacy from the prior lifetime, in fact several in sequence where there were similar struggles. It was not always her responsibility but also the husband. She was a fellow victim of poverty from a failed career circumstance of his. This has set her up to re-experience the painful times. This is what karma does, to bring back around an unhealed struggle to give it another opportunity to bring healing to bear. This will be started finally and will make a difference for this life and the future lives as well, so it will not continue to be a cycle of pain from life to life. We cannot make up for lost time here, but with the healing underway now, things will get better. She will still need to apply herself diligently, especially because of the prior difficulties not creating a glowing resume, but she has the wherewithal to make good things happen and can turn this around if she applies herself. We will do everything we can to assist this. The only thing in the way is her own karmic history, and that will now be worked on earnestly by the divine realm behind-the-scenes, and over time will make the difference. So if you encourage her to keep going and be diligent, it can pay off with changes for the better.
