He can use all your services. So it is a question of time and money, what you can devote and the family can support. There are high-level attacks mounted against him on a regular basis so frequent Protocol use which will include an outreach to his tormentors and all those who are attempting to manipulate him will begin to soften things and will begin to reduce the frequency and intensity both, of attacks being lodged against him. But this must be attended to carefully to achieve any improvement of that kind. Until then, he will be interfered with relentlessly and this will take a toll on him.
