What happened during my client’s UFO encounter she had at age 14? Is she in the Breeding Program, or in the MAP? What can we safely tell her?

She had a UFO encounter that was genuine and involving the Arcturians and their alien Grey worker bees. Fortunately, she was not in the Breeding Program or the MAP, but simply was a person of interest because she has been followed through generations looking at genetic manipulations done to her and others she has been involved with in family groups. So, in effect, she is a guinea pig to teach them about the human genome and the consequences of their introduction of mutations. Those who they experiment on are not immediately utilized in the Hybrid Program. That duty is reserved for those with a genetic complement they already have confidence will favor the production of more advanced hybrids. When people are given mutations of uncertain consequence, they will not risk breeding hybrids but will want to follow what happens first to see the consequences for human offspring and then may or may not incorporate that individual or their progeny into the program as broodmares, so to speak.
