What caused my client to have terrible back pain that kept her up much of the night and wake up with bruising on her lower back, above her kidneys? Could that be from her blood thinner? Or, was it an overzealous directed energy attack, which has been done to her almost continually?

Unfortunately, we have to say it was the latter explanation. This was an overzealous energy attack designed to torment her, and in that it was doubly successful, in leaving mysterious bodily symptoms to frighten her and potentially trigger another round of medical manipulations looking for the culprit. Whether or not that happens is beside the point. There is a malevolent force, in the form of the interlopers, working against her, so there is a race against time underway to see whether she can outlast them before they do something that seals her fate.
