What caused my client [name withheld] to fall down the basement stairs with no memory of the fall itself?

This was a period of disorientation when she was manipulated by extraterrestrials and she lost her awareness consciously, for a moment, and simply lost her balance and fell, but then had no memory thereafter once she regained her senses and was aware of her surroundings. So it was a short interval of missing time that happened because her mind was switched off briefly in order to do some memory uploads, and that is what caused the loss of consciousness. Her mind was literally taken over briefly and redirected and she was left with no recall that it happened.
