We see what you are doing and applaud you. It is one of the hardest jobs there is, to preside over the suffering of others without the power to intervene immediately to change things for the better. One of the dilemmas she has here is that her fear of death is as great as the fear of anything else. While in the near term this only adds to her suffering, it may well prove to be the thing that keeps her going long enough for the turning point we see coming. In the meantime, you are following the rules we have given you, for the most part, quite scrupulously, and we applaud you for that as well. Your efforts will pay off on her behalf because this can give her a reason to keep going, which she desperately needs.
