Were the circumstances of those past lives orchestrated by the Extraterrestrial Alliance to keep the daughter disappointed in and wanting to reject her mother?

This is exactly what was done, and done on a repeated basis from lifetime to lifetime as these individuals have reincarnated together again and again as mother and daughter with the intention of working on and overcoming the karmic liabilities that were caused. This is certainly a demonstration of great courage which the divine human has demonstrated again and again, to put themselves in harm’s way to serve the light and work to help humanity while taking grave risks for their own wellbeing and soul integrity by coming into the fray and many times suffering grievously from being ill-prepared, as happens because of the lack of memory of what came before, once people are born as helpless infants. Before the time they have even a chance of learning about more complex sources of difficulty and evil influence, they are usually already commandeered by dark spirit attachments and much manipulation by extraterrestrial spirits, and indirectly through the manipulation of many people around them during their upbringing, are heavily subjugated and traumatized to diminish them. There is nothing more certain than arranging to have a close relative within the family be an attacker to continually challenge and undermine the targeted individual. In a sense, their family has provided a prison which neither can escape because the family obligations take precedence and are usually honored. Whereas if there is an attacker in a school or workplace there are options to move to another town, take another job elsewhere, and so on, so one can escape a bully in that way, and then it takes time to recruit other perpetrators to resume the attacks. So a family setting is ideal for subjecting someone to an endless barrage of negativity. This is the hidden secret in why families are so troubled and stories are legion about having a falling out with one’s relatives, to not be on speaking terms and growing resentments and grudges about how one is treated by relatives. This is a significant negative influence behind the discord—a purposeful manipulation done by the Extraterrestrial Alliance to create problem individuals to target persons of interest.
