So, in effect, all bear the burden and responsibility for the negativity of the world, but indirectly, because it is through an orchestrated complacency or a purposeful participation, sometimes as an unwitting accomplice not realizing until later what they were a party to, but then have nowhere to go to make sense of things or to register a complaint. Sometimes, they are commandeered totally so their consciousness is pushed to the side and their body taken over to act as a saboteur or an assassin and then their memory is wiped clean, so they become a perfect hit man who under interrogation or even torture could not confess to anything. The members of the Mercenary Army program are in this category. They are fully controllable and that is why they are recruits, because they can be manipulated and will be totally loyal to their handlers and whatever is requested of them, and their memory can be similarly suppressed so they can return to their regular lives with no awareness of where they’ve been and what they have done.
