Among the types of transactions processed daily through Change are patient eligibility verification, clinical pre-authorizations, claims submissions, and payments to providers for services rendered. Change is a vital link between providers and insurers, processing more than 15 billion healthcare transactions annually. In 2022, the U.S. Department of Justice noted that over 50% of all U.S. medical claims pass through or touch Change’s EDI clearinghouse, and we suspect that number has only increased since then.” Is this just a human malicious attack, or is it related to the plan of the interlopers to weaken us by disrupting our technology?

The entirety of the economy cannot function unless electrical power is available in ample supply. Massive outages will make that apparent and will be a huge negative influence on stability. When people fear the future and their own safety, they will not only take chances, they will be prone to take rash action to serve their self-interest when they feel threatened. That can easily lead to lawlessness through civil unrest and criminality, with people trying to grab something for themselves at the expense of others when things break down and supplies dwindle. That is what is coming and these examples you are seeing are a small prelude showing this is easy to arrange and will remain impossible to trace for purposes of understanding the reasons for it happening or to assign blame.
