The limits of effectiveness will come from the state of being at a point where application of healing would be appropriate. If the person at that juncture is closed off to receiving divine help, your making the prior request will not be acted on at that point in time. The cancellation has been put in place by the client themselves. If there is openness to receiving divine support, at that future eventuality, the healing pre-requested by you with your session with the Protocol will, in fact, allow the divine realm to call on those energies and re-implement them in the moment to bring in much-needed relief.
So the usual constraints will apply. Each and every time there is a so-called window, the creation of the window will occur through need by the client. What the limit and what the divine response will be, will continue to depend on the client belief quotient, the combined belief quotient of the practitioner at the outset of the healing request, and then the state of receptivity of the client to the healing being offered once those hurdles are clear. This is no different than a healing request made in the moment even with the client present taking part in the session itself. Those conditions are always a factor in whether healing can be brought to bear or not, whether someone is asking for help on their own or the help is being requested by a healer on behalf of an individual client.
