The latter perspective in your question is, in actuality, hoping for the unattainable. The ideal would be to develop an overarching understanding of the dilemma faced by the deep subconscious, in reckoning with its existence, and to incorporate an effective set of self-help actions and responses to adapt better to life and become more skilled in riding the waves to better stay afloat and cope with adversity. That is too much to expect without a teacher. Such an outcome is rarely achieved by the conscious self alone so there is no real model to follow by the deep subconscious, in seeing only struggle in its future and uncertainty, in being isolated and alone with respect to the disconnect from upper levels of the mind. The answer, of course, is to have an effective therapeutic intervention for the deep subconscious directly so it can learn an effective way to resolve the dilemma it experiences over and over again, with its relentless surveying of past trauma and taking much of it to heart, because there will be things that resonate.
In a sense, suffering is suffering and will always have common energies. The specifics might change, with respect to cause and effect, but the pain will be keenly felt and will trigger the deep subconscious to experience an amplification through the reawakening of prior suffering that is on file in the akashic records storage of all that happens. This is the virtue of the protocols, worked out by your channel, to lead the subconscious through a problem-solving series of imaginings, and using the imagery it generates to rework past events in a more positive way to bring about a better outcome and, when done in the right sequence, this can identify an energetic frequency that is an antidote that can be self‑applied and change the energetic signature in the akashic records to clear the karmic liability once and for all. That will render a trauma event neutral so it will no longer trigger any negativity. The more this process is facilitated with the deep subconscious, the more it will learn how to go about making things better, and over time there will be a self-strengthening from a spontaneous reworking, through use of imagery, to resolve old trauma that comes up through this sentry-like oversight, and that is a powerful change for the better, indeed.
