We have learned that physical encounters between twin flames are exceedingly rare, and almost always a violation of a divine plan or agreement. One validated encounter that spanned two years of sharing classrooms together, resulted in at least one of them having thousands of dreams of the other over a period of decades that continues to the present day. Not a day goes by where thoughts of the twin flame fail to arise. One channeled work described twin flame encounters as “devastating” events. Is this because of the overwhelming strength of the energetic cording between them?

The strength of the energetic cording is the basis of the intensity of emotions being felt as quite real and compelling, but the dilemma is not because the emotional experiencing of the other's existence is literally too hot to handle or overwhelming, it is that twin flames are deliberately kept apart from one another in the earth plane because, in the setting of the physical human, people will not have the wherewithal to discipline themselves to get much useful work done. With ready access to their twin flame to have an ongoing partnership, it will just be too intense and compelling and so rewarding it will be a preoccupation, much like an addiction to opiates, that must be fed constantly and given the highest priority. The reality of existence for you is you are here to solve the problem of evil. You will not be very effective in doing that if you must spend every waking moment with your beloved and are unable to keep your mind on carrying out the chores of life, and especially being unable to have a devotion to serving the divine as a warrior for the light. If you think about the many fallen heroes who left their wives and children behind to report for duty in the armed forces, and were killed tragically after a long period of training and journeying to a battlefront overseas never to be seen again, that puts in perspective what happens when an individual is capable of self-discipline compared to one who would go AWOL to be with their honey because they cannot stand a separation. The point of this example is not to say, wars are good and death is a just reward or an inevitability for the lightworker, only to draw the contrast between the difficulty of getting work done in service to the cause of the divine and the saving and healing of humanity. If one is caught up in an addictive love relationship, commanding a constant involvement so as to have the lovers inseparable, while that is a blissful existence and would be an ideal for humans to experience in the physical to make up for the other shortcomings of their quandary, being limited through their fragile existence and limited range of movement and sensory experiencing, and so on, now is not the time, there is important work to get done for humanity to survive. So this is why when one twin flame is incarnated, the other is usually still back in the light waiting their turn. When both incarnate, perhaps in an overlapping fashion, it will be at great distance from one another and usually that is enough to see they don't cross paths, or if they do, nothing will come of it, because of the impracticalities of probing why someone seems so appealing that a person bumped into, because they will be moving on and returning home according to their plans, and so on, so there will be disincentives for things to get derailed through rekindling an old association that could become an unstoppable force to derail their current lives and plans that would serve others as well as themselves.
