We have heard that the current Anunnaki leadership are faced with a very evil and very formidable challenger. Was King perhaps foreseeing their self-imposed destruction by one of their own with his nuclear depiction of the end of evil on Earth?

In a general sense, this is true and he was divinely inspired to embrace this theme because it was timely. It is not truly original because this kind of hierarchical dominance that is challenged again and again by pretenders to the throne, so to speak, has happened all through history. The Anunnaki and the other extraterrestrials live through power and force and that is how they run their worlds. There are currently rumblings within the alliance and within the Anunnaki realm itself in the corridors of power and this does work to the advantage of humanity when the extraterrestrials themselves are distracted and potentially depleted by dissension in the ranks.
