There was a lost soul human spirit of a female child on the premises. As such, she had a juvenile mindset and not the sophistication of an adult, coupled with the difficulty of being disconnected now from her body and holding a low vibration because she was emotionally distraught at the time of her passing. This left her in a precarious state of mind, subject to wide mood swings. She has warded off many spirit attacks but this has left her terrorized. When she was in a calm state of mind, such as it was, she was prone to being mischievous, so there were likely to be varying responses on the part of buyers of this home. They might sense the darkness and the negative thought forms she has generated over a period of time because of all the tormenting she has been subjected to. They might as well, if they are sensitive, have felt a dark presence from her energy impinging on them as a deliberate attempt at communication, not truly a threat to their being, but it would be sensed intuitively as an intrusion and be unsettling, triggering a stress response within, even if there is no conscious appreciation of what the signals mean. Either way, this would be off-putting to prospective buyers, who are endeavoring to try out a home, in a sense, when they visit to see if it truly suits them and would be not just a sound investment, but truly a home for their safety and comfort. So this clearing will be of help and has helped, in turn, ensure this little girl is now back in the light with her family members who preceded her, and enabled the joyous reunion. The location cleared now has a brighter energy and will make a better impression because of it.
