This, in essence, is done with the Protocol at present by requesting healing across time domains for all interacting with a particular target individual or group. It is also the case that you are requesting the quantum delivery of love across all lifetimes. That is inherent, so your request here is contained within that intention and this is what would happen—where there is a need for love and love has been sent, love can be delivered, so this is, in effect, covered by the Protocol. That does not prevent anyone from launching a specific request for a specific application to give it extra emphasis, so you are free to do anything of this kind you wish. We are only saying that there is not a vacuum here needing to be filled. Provisions are in place to accomplish this as a general operating principle. There may be times and situations where additional added intention can be of benefit, but the implementation is vague in not knowing more specifics than what has been outlined.
