Washington D.C. has occult symbology, like the owl, designed into the street layout of the city itself. What purpose does this serve?

This is sometimes a kind of inside joke because the powers that be know they can put themselves on display indirectly in such a fashion and the population as a whole will not understand the larger meaning. So, in effect, they are getting away with flaunting their superior status in a way that is still keeping their secrets but at the same time being a subliminal message to reinforce their dominance in making people wary. This is done again and again and again in all manner of symbols used both within the corporate sector and especially within government because the governments are quite closely controlled and run by the hidden Cabal, so they have a tight grip on humanity and its doings and can manipulate people through their governments, as this is set up by them to provide the hierarchy of power making that possible. Concentrating power in the hands of government, often backed by a strong military, makes the individual essentially powerless and that is intentional. The government creates many symbols, as do military and intelligence organizations, which are drawn from artwork that has hidden meanings and this is present all through things like official stationery, the official seals used by government agencies, displays of symbols on public buildings as well as on the currency. These have deep and dark meanings but are on public display. This is no accident; it is not a conspiracy theory to make a connection between such symbols and the deeper and darker meanings they convey; it is quite real but most people are unaware of this and give it no thought—that does not mean that their deep subconscious is failing to make a connection and being on guard.
