Was this part of the toughening up process used by the Secret Space Program to create a mercenary army of humans to use against humanity?

This exercise is not only typical, but is still at a rudimentary level and has many more intense and more challenging and more depraved sequences that trainees are subjected to. And the purpose is to ensure that those who make it to the higher levels have proven themselves through stringent testing to be completely malleable and will follow orders of even the most horrific kind with the most horrific consequences, including the killing of humans—men, women, and children. This is part of the routine training, and will ready the trainee, when recalled, to do almost anything against humans following the orders given. They, at that point, no longer have the ability to reason and apply their own inner morality. It has been bypassed through subjugation of the mind on a subconscious level to put all such considerations in abeyance and not allow an accurate inner assessment done freely and unhindered. That simply cannot happen when the mind is locked and the ordinary belief set is bypassed and inserted in its place are a set of instructions to simply do everything ordered. And this makes a person quite robot-like and that makes them highly useful for the tasks at hand. If they are sent into a danger zone, they are expendable to the extraterrestrials, which preserves their safety. And so the act of training in this way is not only depraved, it is cowardly as well. This is an Achilles heel that can be exploited by humans who become aware of this.
