Was there heavy mind control manipulation to make the first responders and the many workers involved with the cleanup, not to mention the press, government officials and inquiries, and then the public, to not question any of the unusual and frankly bizarre physical phenomena that took place on 9/11?

As you know, there was a quite long list of oddities that day—from the hurricane bearing down on the coast outside New York City that reversed direction mid-morning on 9/11, to the Twin Towers themselves turning to dust rather than collapsing through structural failure internally, which would cause a pancaking of the concrete floors, leaving a huge debris pile. Instead, the buildings turned to dust and blew away, to a major extent. The odd structural damage, the prolonged fires in adjacent buildings, when the fires that resulted from the planes crashing into them were largely extinguished during the collapse of the towers themselves. And then the odd things happening at a distance from the site that were quite bizarre and without an explanation whatsoever, the many strange things in the debris, which was all carted away never to be seen again, and on and on—all are clear demonstrations of how curiosity can be thoroughly suppressed to keep people complacent and reject immediately any question of uncertainty about the straightforward official description of the day's events and the aftermath. This was fully controlled from first to last. Everything leading up to the attack itself, everything done subsequently surrounding the aftermath and then on to the political orchestration for assigning blame and mounting reprisals. All was done through mind control manipulation to prepare the nation and the world for war on a mass scale and proved highly effective. The fact it became a failed policy with many adverse, unexpected consequences for the United States and allies, was expected by the Extraterrestrial Alliance and very much a desired outcome. It was the United States that ended up harming itself much further, in addition to producing the attacks within their own borders through complicity among members of the intelligence community and military to keep silent about what they knew, and the many who were simply manipulated to be looking the other way and to not be curious about the unusual nature of the many things that made the events possible, and then things were simply accepted without question. This is a perfect illustration of the reach of mind control in bringing about a world-changing event done under the noses of human beings and completely accepted as having a prosaic explanation.
