Was the well-publicized threat by Iran to exceed its production of enriched uranium beyond the limits set out in the 2015 nuclear deal, influenced to happen by the Extraterrestrial Alliance?

Indeed, this is the case. They are ramping up both sides here, encouraging the Iranians to take umbrage, to harden their position, to find ways to poke the US in the eye, so to speak, all of which does not serve them because it gives further excuses for the US to be more reckless and more intense ramping up tensions through provocation. The orchestration is proceeding nicely as intended to move this area of the world towards war. This helps no one on the human side nor does it help the Extraterrestrial Alliance although they believed it to be so.
