Was the survival of Ricky Wagoner, who survived two gunshots that were stopped by a pocket Bible in a breast pocket, a true miracle? If so, how was that accomplished?

This was entirely orchestrated. And this is what people sense about it. It is not simply a coincidence that it happened to be the case he had a Bible in his pocket that stopped the bullets of an assailant through sheer coincidence. He was guided to carry that Bible that day and the hand of the perpetrator was guided to direct it in a perfect alignment so that when he fired those bullets towards the chest they both landed in that small area and were prevented from penetrating and killing the intended victim. This is an example of the divine latitude we can bring to bear when someone needs saving and is in alignment, so this can be done for them. We may not prevent entirely an unpleasant circumstance but will always keep the person alive. They may not escape unharmed but they will not perish. And that is the goal of the exercise—to keep the person going.
