This was indeed a miraculous protection that was afforded by yours truly. And it was indeed to reward his faith under trying circumstances to fill his heart with hope despite the loss of all he owned. The disaster took place for karmic reasons and as a rebalancing. But many times, even in the face of an extreme karmic backlash, there will be a divine intervention to create an opening in a new way for something to give the person hope and enable them to move forward. This is one of the main activities of the divine realm—to fine-tune the implementation of karma and to create a path forward for those who suffer.
