Was the interrupted conversation during a student’s recent train ride he told us about, a deliberate interference orchestrated by the Extraterrestrial Alliance?

This was not orchestrated by the Extraterrestrial Alliance but rather was orchestrated by the spirit meddlers, themselves. They used the opportunity to interpose a woman in between the two of you, knowing there was a discussion of something they dislike and wanted to make mischief. So, they used her as an emissary to be a true interloper in a physical sense, to cause a distraction and a disruption. It was not a deeper plot with higher-level awareness and support. This is something they routinely do in the environment of their host. They look for opportunities to use that person as an instrument. It is a kind of sport for them to see what they can do to disrupt things, knowing that if they cause a person to lose focus, become inattentive to their duties, something bad could happen, and increase the negative energy the person feels and that rewards the dark spirits. So, they are always tuning into what is in the surroundings to look for things to capitalize on. That is why they are the cause of accidents in traffic, for example, where they can use a moment of inattention and distraction they induce, to keep a driver from taking timely action when there is something ahead that could cause an accident. This was, thankfully, a much more minor disturbance but was in keeping with routine spirit meddler mischief.
