Was my client an extraterrestrial abductee and/or was she a member of the Mercenary Army Program (Secret Space Program) to make her a target for extraterrestrial backlash for trying to heal herself and causing the suicidal death of her husband?

Indeed, she was the latter, and as a member of the Mercenary Army Program, was elevated to the highest status of living human. All others are of no use or consequence. They may be a position in high authority and have some utility, but all can be corrupted and manipulated almost totally across the board among humans. It is easy for them to corrupt and manipulate the leadership of any organization and keep it going even with retirements, changes of the guard, and so on, where leadership will rotate even frequently, and this is the case in politics as well. But all will come under the thumb of the interlopers in one way or another, to be sidelined, to be managed and manipulated, to introduce faulty thinking and decisions. The Mercenary Army Program is of the highest value because they are the direct minions who can exert power. This is prized above all else. The physical control of the human population and the ability to have physical enforcement of their aims has many uses whether targeting a single individual or carrying out a wider action against a group, or a whole town, or village as in times of war. And of course, the darker agenda of human annihilation means that this force must be at the ready. They do not want to lose any personnel and will jealously control them. This is why this woman's husband was targeted, to kill him as a form of manipulation, to interrupt her healing journey by causing despair and discouragement. She had been working in earnest on her healing and only turned to you quite recently to do a higher self channeling. Your work with her was not the reason for the retribution per se, it was the year-long effort she had been devoting to raise herself up and her family as well, thinking she was improving their lot. And all the while, the Extraterrestrial Alliance had growing impatience and annoyance at these efforts which they attempted to suppress with mind control manipulation, but largely unsuccessful in outcome. This is when they resort to extreme measures to cause a crisis of some kind as they know this can deflate a person and make them surrender to the negativity, at least for a time. And this can cause a longer-term rethinking as well and is easy for them to do. It also provides an outlet for their frustration, as this is how they think, it is all about control, manipulation, and retribution for any perceived transgression, including breaking the unseen rules of the propaganda campaign and subliminal programming. So that is what happened here. You did no healing work for her per se, other than via her questions to higher self, and had no opportunity to assess her status with regard to the extraterrestrial question nor to provide any assistance for her family. This is unfortunate in retrospect, but not your failing in any way. She will be helped greatly by the channeling outreach to the husband, who has transitioned and who you rescued, to assist him in getting to the light, and she will be able to move on. There is still a risk for her to be caught up again in the Mercenary Army Program and its doings. This will be all the easier with a husband out of the way, as no one can dissuade her, no one else will be as great a distraction. And while she attends lovingly to her daughters, there are others who can care for them, and her involvement in the program can be done in parallel as well through time shifting. So this is all preparation designed to make her ready for duty and this is what is planned. The only thing you can do is further Protocol work directed to her safety and addressing this issue. You cannot control it directly and you are best advised to not share this information with her. She is certainly in no condition at the moment to grapple with all this means. It would be quite devastating to her as she would see the connection with her husband's passing in odd circumstances and then would be so fearful for the fate of her children, it would be a severe blow and a devastating negative influence. You are not helpless because you can request divine help for her in a beautiful and effective manner, so that would be the option highest and best here, to do healing for her behind the scenes.
