Was mind control used to manipulate James Earl Ray as a tool of the dark forces wanting Dr. King eliminated, and other aspects of the events surrounding this tragedy?

All involved in this event were manipulated. King was manipulated to be on display and an easy target, people were manipulated to overlook anything unusual in the lead-up to the event, and to be looking the other way during and after, to allow escape of the shooter without notice. Ray was manipulated to be in place and to leave the country, in fact, thereafter. All of which made him appear guilty, not to mention the physical evidence that was abundant tying him to the crime, all left at the scene. This could not be more obvious as him being fingered, but with the control of the media as usual, the public was duped readily to accept the simple idea that a redneck racist shot a great black leader because of his hatred and his criminal past making him prone to breaking the law and ignoring rules, and so on. It was a nice, neat, little American package except that it was all planned and orchestrated and carried out with precision by an extraterrestrial civilization using human dupes as actors in the play, with the intention of inflaming racial hatreds and societal discord. This is business as usual for the Extraterrestrial Alliance. They have done huge damage to human advancement through manipulating racial differences and increasing tension, mistrust, hatred, and violence among peoples who differ. This serves them and benefits no one among the human community.
