DWQA QuestionsCategory: KarmaWas football player Damar Hamlin, whose heart stopped during an NFL game, saved not only by the resuscitation efforts of his team medics, but by the outpouring of prayers launched by those watching the game, or joining in after hearing about him clinging to life? Did that prayer allow him to regain neurologic functioning that would otherwise have been lost?

While it may seem as though it is all too easy to claim a victory for the light here, we do not lie or exaggerate to take credit for what may be done by others. In fact, we welcome and look forward to ever-increasing roles played by all of you in making the world, and then the universe, a better place for all inhabitants. And that will be as much to your credit as ours in having started off this grand enterprise. So we can tell you that this was a beautiful human-divine partnership displayed on the football field. We can tell you that had there not been significant prayer power unleashed, in feeling the desperateness of the situation and wanting this football figure to not go down in the line of duty, and especially to not lose his life or suffer permanent impairment from deprivation of oxygen needed to keep his brain alive and functioning, without the prayers adding extra divine intervention here on his behalf, the resuscitation efforts may have been for naught. There are many who have cardiac arrests and are not saved in attempts to restart the heart, and there are many for whom the heart can be finally manipulated to recover a steady contraction, but it is too late to prevent brain damage from anoxia for too long a time. And then the person, in effect, remains in a vegetative state and that is as great a tragedy, or even greater, than having them pass on. At least that spares them from being trapped in a nonworking body and the loved ones from living with that reality on display. So this was a tremendous blessing afforded this football player, to be given a second chance. So time will tell how he does, but we continue to work for his benefit. There are always many intangibles and additional variables in the equation, especially things that might be seen by the Law of Karma as an opportunity to pile on and use a downturn as an opportunity to rebalance prior karmic trauma and obligations. There are some issues of that kind, which is typical, and not a reflection on this individual in any fashion. We are only pointing out that we can only work from the outside towards the middle in helping people, as they must answer to themselves, always, even when in dire straits. So we are pointing this out, especially, to make clear to people that the need for healing is universal and if neglected will eventually catch up to you, perhaps not now, but later and it might be at just the worst possible time when you need every advantage going for you to save you from something. That is a good argument for starting now to help clear some of the old cobwebs and old karmic business that is a risk for you, personally.
