There was an unusually prolonged cellphone outage, also disrupting Internet access for thousands of U.S. customers on Feb. 22, 2024, that lasted up to 12 hours. Was this sinister, and possibly related to the planned tidal power outages we have been told will be widespread and lasting for days?

This is an immediate direct linkage and is being done by the same interlopers and using the same general scheme of interrupting the operation of the technological system the cellphone delivery depends on. This they can do readily, because the technology it depends on is vulnerable much more than people perceive. Technology can be altered surreptitiously to render a system nonfunctional without a clear discernible cause, and the change that was introduced can be undone leaving no trace behind. So that eventually, things come back online and everything functions normally without any real understanding of why it happened in the first place. There will be some cover story offered and some reassurance about it all, but that is done in ignorance because those running these platforms have no idea they can be disrupted in this way, and the rug pulled out from under at any time. That is what is coming with the power outages in particular, but any technology can be corrupted through a targeting to interfere with people's lives and create a sense of fear and despair, particularly when those in authority find themselves helpless as well, and that is where things are headed.
