There is much focus in the news about this looking like another record year for high temperatures, with current forecasts seeing triple-digit, life-threatening heat waves likely menacing the West coast of the US and other areas. There has been mention of an association with this being an El Nino year, when elevated temperatures typically occur. What percent of extreme heat waves might actually be unnatural, being triggered by extraterrestrial technologies, like other extreme weather-related phenomena such as tornadoes and hurricanes?

People may find it surprising to learn that fully 90% of severe heat waves are a complete artifice having occurred solely because of extraterrestrial planning and manipulation of the environment energetically. This is done through advanced technology creating the warming to keep high temperatures in place over a discrete area long enough to become hazardous to health and even survival, especially of those more vulnerable. This includes the elderly and the poor, who may lack air conditioning in their dwellings or may be homeless and exposed to a greater degree than most human beings who at least have some kind of shelter from the sun they can rely on. This is done as a kind of sport. It is one of many tools at the disposal of the Extraterrestrial Alliance, being psychopaths who relish exercising their power and influence over a hapless human populace and are not content to pick off a few extra vulnerable people, but may actually be working to carry out a punishment for a whole region. There are always spur of the moment and longer-term plans that get on lists of tasks to be carried out. The savage appetites of the interlopers controlling your world must be fed. They have a certain expectation and a habit needing feeding to satisfy them. They have many minions they control to carry out their dark plans and those beings need to be kept busy with things to do. There is gamesmanship involved as well, where different overseers will vie with one another to see how much damage they can do among those humans under their watch and supervision, compared to a competitor among the extraterrestrial community. It is like a sporting contest, a bloodsport akin to the Roman Coliseum where innocent victims are subjected to torments and potentially lethal manipulations in a way that creates a test of skill to see who can send in the most lions, so to speak, literally or figuratively as the case has been through history. The endless misery of the plagues and misfortunes, acts of war, civil unrest, lawlessness, on and on, are all orchestrated and staged events caused to happen with humans on the receiving end of the carnage. This is all with a wide audience amongst the extraterrestrial civilizations enjoying the displays put on by the human victims who are manipulated from behind the scenes and become much like actors on a stage following the script, but one they, themselves, did not write but become the victims of, unwittingly.
